What we are certified to, and what that means

The group holds ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. The powder coating on the vertical line at Binh Duong is licensed to QUALICOAT Class 2; both anodising lines at Quy Nhon are licensed to QUALANOD, including the 25-micron marine process; and the powder and PVDF systems carry third-party AAMA 2604 and 2605 test reports. The automotive line at Binh Duong holds IATF 16949, and that certificate covers that line only — it is not a group certificate and we do not present it as one.

Every one of those is on the Documents page. Ask for a current copy and check it against the issuing body's register: a certificate named on a website and a certificate current in the register are two different things, and the second is the one that matters when a project is audited.

Behind any certificate is the part that takes longest to build: traceability. A finished profile resolves to its billet lot, its alloy certificate, its die history, its coating batch and the test results for that batch. That chain is what a quality system is for; the certificate is only the evidence that someone checked the chain.

Testing is done on site — salt spray to 4,000 hours, accelerated weathering, coating thickness and adhesion, and water penetration on facade units at 720 Pa. Where a project requires third-party witness testing we arrange it rather than substituting our own results for it.
