2004 to now

The first press hall opened at Binh Duong in 2004, serving the domestic window trade. For the first years everything was sold mill-finish or sent out for coating, which is the normal way to start and the normal ceiling to run into.

Billet casting at Yen Bai followed in 2009, and it changed what we were buying rather than what we were selling: scrap and ingot in, extrusion billet out, on our own alloy certificates. Anodising at Quy Nhon came in 2011, sited beside the port because anodised sections for export should travel as little as possible before they are packed.

The die shop and the second press hall opened at Thanh Hoa in 2013, which is the point at which die correction stopped being something we waited on someone else for. Fabrication and machining at Nghe An followed in 2016, and that is the plant that made the automotive and battery tray work possible.

In 2025 the group took a single name, Böss Group, in place of the separate marks its businesses had traded under. The plants kept doing what they had been doing; what changed was the name on the paperwork.
